​RENTAL POLICIES

• All operators must have a valid Drivers License Helmets, goggles or heated shield, and fluids are provided
• Multiple day rentals kept overnight will be charged an additional $50 fee per machine/per night when staying with a preferred outfitter
• All machines will be presented full of fuel and oil. When returned the renter is responsible for refueling the machine.
• Everyone renting an ATV, Side by Side or Snowmobile from 201 PowerSports must read, understand and sign a rental agreement. All renters and passengers must read, understand and sign a liability release form. Renters are responsible for all damages and liabilities associated with operation of the rental. 201 PowerSports requires a security deposit on your credit card before your rental departure.
  
  ​​​​​​Snowmobile Operators​​​​​​ will have 2 options to select from a mandatory Damage Waiver Program as follows:

1. FREE/day Standard Protection = $1000 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) *All additional damage charges will be waived
2. $25/per day Premium protection = $500 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) *All additional damage charges will be waived
   
   ​​​​​​ATV & SXS Operators will have 2 options to select from a mandatory Damage Waiver Program as follows:

1. ​​​​​​FREE/day Standard Protection = $3000 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) *All additional damage charges will be waived
2. $25/per day Premium protection = $1500 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts & labor) *All additional damage charges will be waived

• It is recommended to use a credit card for your damage deposit and not a debit card. If there are damages associated with the operation of your rental, your credit card will be charged in full for all damages and retrieval costs that are incurred, damages charged not to exceed your selected security deposit. Assuming there are not damages to your machine at the end of your rental, your chosen security deposit will be voided.

Cancellation Policy:
Any rental that needs to be rescheduled within the same season (as long as there is availability), there will be a $25 per machine rebooking fee. If it can not be rescheduled within the season, it is considered a cancellation. Deposits are refundable, minus a 20% cancellation fee of the entire reservation up until 2 weeks prior to arrival. Assuming satisfactory conditions exist, cancellations inside 2 weeks would forfeit the entire 50% deposit, likewise the remaining balance if cancelling inside 48 hours.
