Multiple day rentals kept overnight will be charged an addition $50 fee per machine/per night when staying with a preferred outfitter, and $100 per machine/per night with private lodging (Snowmobiling Only)
All machines will be presented full of fuel and fluids, and when returned will be refilled
Everyone renting an ATV, Side by Side or Snowmobile from 201 PowerSports must read, understand and sign a rental agreement. All renters and passengers must read, understand and sign a liability release form. Renters are responsible for for all damages and liabilities associated with operation of the rental. 201 PowerSports requires a security deposit on your credit card before your rental departure.
Operators will have 3 options to select from a mandatory Damage Waiver Program as follows:
FREE Minimum Protection = $4000 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) *All additional damage charges will be waived
$15 Mid Protection = $2500 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) *All additional damage charges will be waived
$45 Maximum Protection = $1500 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) *All additional damage charges will be waived
It is recommended to use a credit card for your damage deposit and not a debit card. If there are damages associated with the operation of your rental, your credit card will be charged in full for all damages and retrieval costs that are incurred, not to exceed your selected security deposit. Assuming there are not damages to your machine at the end of your rental, your chosen security deposit will be voided.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable, minus a 20% cancellation fee of the entire reservation up until 2 weeks prior to arrival. Assuming satisfactory conditions exist, cancellations inside 2 weeks would forfeit the entire 50% deposit, likewise the remaining balance if cancelling inside 48 hours.
Minimum age to operate a snowmobile is 18 years old or 16 years old when accompanied by an adult on a Guided Tour
Minimum age for a passenger on a snowmobile is 8 years old with an adult (18 years old or older)
Appropriate winter clothing is a must. We have suits for rent that are made just for snowmobiling
